Today you will continue to nurture your heart with another visualization exercise, helping to fill up any void that may lead to overeating. Close your eyes and take a few deep, relaxing breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel your body relax more every time you exhale. Once you feel completely relaxed, you’re ready to start.
MOVE 4: lift hold
triceps
a. Sit about 2 feet away from a table in a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor. Place your palms under the tabletop with your elbows bent about 90 degrees. Push up on the underside of the table as hard as you can. Hold firmly for 60 seconds, breathing normally. Release and return to Move 1 on this page. Repeat Moves 1–4 once more, and you’re done.
